The Parent Association’s role within the school is to help raise much needed funds for our school and also provide a voice for parents in the future direction of the school. Our committed Parent Association has always been active in supporting the school and is open to all parents at the school. Meetings are held once a month, with the date of the next meeting announced in the newsletter. We are always looking for new members and would be delighted if you would join us as we work together to provide the best facilities and equipment for our students.

Upwey South Primary School Council comprises a group of dedicated staff and parents who are working together for the ‘big picture’ future of the school and ultimately our students.
Councillors collaborate to ensure high quality governance of our school and monitor finance, facilities and school policy. There are four sub-committees: Education, Finance, Marketing and Communication and Facilities. School Council ensures that these integral areas of the school are running smoothly and that the best possible learning environments and resources are provided for Upwey South students.
