Our Community

We understand that Mums, Dads, Grandparents and Caregivers are at the centre of their children's lives. They are also just as important to us.

One difference between our school and others is that parents and carers are actively welcomed and play an integral role in the everyday life of Upwey South Primary School.

In the classroom, parent assistance is gratefully accepted with the teaching of literacy and numeracy. The governance of the school depends on parent and staff councilors and committee members, and the beautiful environment of the school is kept pristine with the help of parent volunteers. We are also proud to have a PTA that is caring, dedicated and focused on consistently improving our school
